Oil? Let's Conquer the Norwegians

While Scottishy Labour have fits of hysteria of the Glasgow train link, Norway has built up a sovereign wealth fund (from oil) of £259,000,000,000 Yeh, that's more than enough for a train link and also to raise the life expectantcy of the poorest in Labour's Glasgow slums.
