Today, Newsnet Scotland has exposed a campaign coming from the office of the now Labour Shadow Defence Secretary Jim Murphy MP to intimidate and smear an ordinary member of the public who sought a FOI (Freedom of Information Request) in relation to the donation which was illegal and taken by former Labour's former Holyrood group leader Wendy Alexander.
Tonight Jim Murphy is due to appear on the BBC Radio 4's Any Questions programme along with the SNP's Roseanna Cunningham and LibDem politician Michael Moore. It will be interesting to see if Mr Murphy distances himself from these allegations.
Congratulations to Newsnet Scotland for their excellent piece!
What was Mr Murphy doing in the Scotland Office during the last Labour government? Some thought he was using his post as a means of financing (using public money) and co-ordinating political propaganda and dirty tricks. This latest episode is further evidence supporting those charges..

isnt that the guy you lot normally call 'Skull Murphy'??
ReplyDelete'If Labour activists formed a gauntlet along the roads to the polling stations armed with shit-smeared knobkerries and bludgeoned the skulls of their supporters to a bloody pulp as they passed, those who managed to crawl as far as the polling station would still vote Labour.'
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with that one you will need it
Mr. Mxyzptlk,
ReplyDeleteYou do actually have to make a comment with your quote.
Mr Ferguson's quote is comic hyperbole in the Monty Python mould. There is nothing wrong with it at all which is perhaps why you're not making a comment..?
